1. General Provisions
1.1. The terms "System", "Visabooking System", "Web Site", "visabooking.com" and "Company" are related to the "EYE VISTA HOTEL SERVICE" LLC, registered in Russia at the legal address: Izmailovskoye highway, 71 GD, office 0615, Moscow, 105613.
"System User" or "User" is an individual person or legal entity used visabooking.com system with the aim to order visa support service through system or indirectly through an official partner of the visabooking systems of services for booking hotel accommodation and other services offered by the system.
1.2. The system is designed for visa support booking through the website located at Internet address: http://www.visabooking.com. The system does not own the means of accommodation and doen not offer hotel reservations, and therefore, visa support performed in accordance with Russian legislation and on the conditions of specific service provider.
1.3. All cases of registration in the System, as well as the use by Company information related to User's registration and visa bookings made by him, are governed by the following rules, conditions and notes. Registration and use of this system designate the agreement of the User with all rules, conditions and notes placed on Visabooking.com. In case User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, User may not use the Site in any way or make a visa booking.
1.4. This System is suggested for use with the consent of the User, without changes to the terms, conditions and notes that are here in the form in which they exist at the moment of visa booking.
1.5. The name Visabooking.com and Visabooking.com logo are registered trademarks of "EYE VISTA HOTEL SERVICE" LLC. All rights reserved. Other products or company names mentioned on this site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
1.6. This Web site may contain links to Web sites, which are managed and administrated by other individual persons or legal entities. Such links are mentioned for information only. Visabooking.com does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content and exploitation. By placing links to such web sites, Visabooking.com does not create any support material, or any connection with their owners.
1.7. Registration and use of this system is considered by the Company in accordance with Clause 3, Article. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as the acceptance of the User of the proposed offer made by the Company, and therefore, arise between the Parties are treated as contractual relations, on the conditions specified on the Website, as well as the laws of Russian Federation in part, unforseen by System.

2. Booking Conditions
2.1. The User must fill the application form where he (she) specifies his (her) sex, personal information, date of birth, citizenship, passport details, a name of the city, date of arrival and departure as well as, the name of the hotel, its address and telephones and the hotel reservation code.
After receipt of the order for visa support documents the dedicated Visabooking.com manager will contact User by communication means specified by the User at working hours of Visa Section 10:00-18:00 Moscow local time on Monaday-Friday.In urgent cases visa support documents can be sent at non-working hours upon request of User.
2.2. Visa booking services in accordance with Users demands, are based on information about code for hotel reservation done by User independently and Visabooking.com does not keep any obligations for the hotels or suppliers of hotel services, e.g. as hotel complex, or their authorized representatives on the basis of performance requirements defined by the terms of the contract with the appropriate service provider.
2.3. Cost of visa support service determined in accordance with the prices listed at Visabooking.com at the moment of visa booking made by the User.
2.4. Published rates are quoted in rubles, Euro and USD inclusive of VAT 18% and are valid for individual users of the system. Group-rates are provided by Visabooking.com operator Upon request.
2.5. There are 2 modes of submitting the application form.
a) Mode of filling the application form for visa support at web site www.visabooking.com and sending the form with "Send" button, payment with credit card is considered to be a "On-line" mode.
b) Mode of filling the application form for visa support using off-line forms and sending it by e-mail or fax to Visabooking.com manager is considered to be an "Upon request" mode. Bookings "Upon request" are serviced by Visabooking.com personnel during the working hours of the company and not later then 24 hours after request was placed by User. In case the User's application is submitted during weekends or public holidays, Visabooking.com will proceed it in the first subsequent working day. In urgent cases visa support documents can be sent at non-working hours upon request of User.

3. Payment
3.1. Visa support booking is carried out on the basis of 100 (one hundred) % prepayment, which is performed by customer in following ways:
a) During the process of making visa booking in "On-line" mode.
b) After receiving confirmation from Visabooking.com operator in "Upon request" booking mode.
In all circumstances, payment for a booking must take place within a certain time allowed by system for each booking mode, which is automatically determined while booking "On-line" mode or articulated by Visabooking.com operator when booking "Upon request".
2. Forms of payment for hotel accommodation and Visabooking.com services:
a) Online credit card payment at Visabooking.com website.
b) Bank transfer to Visabooking.com account.
3.3. For reservations made in "Upon request" mode, the User must promptly inform the Visabooking.com operator about performed payment. If payment confirmation is not received on time, Visabooking.com operator has a right to cancel the visa booking.
3.4. Accounting records - report of completion and invoice are provided to individuals - on demand, and for legal entities - always within a period not exceeding 7 (seven) banking days from the moment of services accomplishment, at the central office of Visabooking.com at: Izmailovskoye highway, 71, 4GD, office 0615, Moscow, 105613 and also sent out to specified by User mailing address of legal entity.

4. Liability of the parties
4.1. User of the system confirms that at the moment of visa booking User reached age of 18 (eighteen) years, and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and the use of this website in accordance with all given terms and conditions.
4.2. Filling the application form in the System, the User agrees to keep the registration information from misuse by alius.
4.3. User agrees to be financially responsible for any actions taken in the system under his registration data, unless it is proved that the registration data have dropped out of his conduct as a result of wrongful acts of third parties, including, among other things, living together with him, adult and minor family members, and the User had undertaken all possible measures for timely notification Visabooking.com of such disposal.
4.4. User agrees that all information provided by him or by persons residing with him, is true and accurate. Any speculative, false or fraudulent visa booking for the purpose of resale, of course, is prohibited.
4.5. User agrees that the reservation service on this web site should be used only to process legitimate visa bookings for themselves or for the benefit of another person, legally empower User to such actions. User understands that abuse or misuse of the booking service on this web site may result in the imposition of the ban on his subsequent access to such services.
4.6. User agrees to abide by the rules or conditions of visa booking and request of other services as defined by any other supplier with whom the settlement will take place, including, without limitation, timely payment of specified amounts and compliance with rules and restrictions made by supplier concerning the availability and use of services.
User understands that violation of the terms of use may lead to cancellation of his visa bookin(s), as well as to limit subsequent access to system resources and the loss of any amounts paid for such visa booking(s), as well as a deducting from his account any cost, which Visabooking.com will carry out, because of such violation.
4.7. User of the system agrees not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, not to demonstrate, not to reproduce, publish, no license, or create derivative works, transfer, sell or resell any information, software, goods or services received at Visabooking.com.
Among other things, the User agrees to:
a) Not to obtain access, not to monitor or copy any content or information on Visabooking.com using a robot or other automatic or manual mode for any purpose without specific written agreement from Visabooking.com.
b) Not to violate the restrictions of the robot access prohibition on this site or to block or deviate other measures to prevent or limit anyone's access to Visabooking.com.
a) Not to take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Visabooking.com infrastructure, publish a link to any section of the site for any purpose without the written permission from Visabooking.com.
4.8. By using this site, User agrees to indemnify the Company, its affiliates and / or their respective suppliers and any of their employees and agents from any claims, causes of action, demands, penalties, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs and expenses any kind, including but not limited to, reasonable legal costs and accounting boards, suffered by the user or someone on behalf of the User over responsibility, as described above or any third party as a result:
a) in case User violates these rules, or the documents listed here.
b) Violation by User any law or the rights of third parties.
4.9. User is responsible for fulfilling his obligations towards Visabooking.com, as well as for impairment to Visabooking.com any material loss, and damage to its business reputation.
4.10. User booking at Visabooking.com, represents the interests of all Users, included in the visa booking, is responsible for the accuracy of data inserted in the booking, and for fulfilling by all the Users all described in subsection 4.2. rules, obligations, including financial obligations for services and penalties in case of cancellation.
4.11. Visabooking.com is responsible for the material damage caused to User of the system due to the shortage of services rendered, in the manner and extent prescribed by the Russian legislation, except in cases where the violation occurred as a result of the force majeure.
4.12. In case of cancellation of prepaid visa booking fee if it happened before the visa support documets - Invitation and Voucher has been sent to the User Visabooking.com refunds to the User the full amount of charge.
4.13. In case of cancellation of prepaid visa booking fee if it happened after the visa support documets - Invitation and Voucher has been sent to the User Visabooking.com does not refund to the User the charged amount.
4.14. According to written claim from the User, in case of use of services provided by Visabooking.com by item 4.13. and if the User can give the prove that the User did not recive any visa to Russian Federation and did not cross the border of Russian Ferederation the User may recieve an amount not exceeding the value of charged amount.
A written claim should be sent to the address stated in "Contacts" section on Visabooking.com web site, not later than 48 hours before the intended date of arrival with simultaneous notification to Company managers about it reasons.
In the case of late notification of cancellation of visa support, Visabooking.com reserves the right to claim penalty.
4.15. Parties will be excused from its obligations in case of force majeure like earthquakes floods, fires typhoons, hurricanes, snowdrifts hostilities, mass diseases, strikes modified visa regimes in CIS and Baltic states, transportation restrictions, prohibitions of trading operations with individual countries owing application due international sanctions and other events beyond the reasonable control of parties. At the moment when such circumstances occur each party obliged to notify the other side as soon as possible.

5. Liability limitations
5.1. Nothing in these Regulations shall be construed to limit or exclude liability of Visabooking.com in the case of its illegal actions, which caused heavy consequences.
5.2. The information, software, products and services published on this website can contain errors like discrepancies or misprints.
5.3. The information provided on the site periodically changes. Visabooking.com, partners and/ or their respective suppliers may make appropriate changes at any time, without notice to system Users, including registered Users.
5.4. Visabooking.com does not guarantee the convenience of information, software and services contained on this web site for any purpose other than commercial purposes of the Company.
Posting an offering for sale on this website of any products or services do not imply supporting or recommendation of such products or services, it's only suggested for Users choice.
5.5. Hotels and other service providers for Visabooking.com are independent service providers, and are not agents or employees of the Company. The Company and its partners are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, statements, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such supplier or for any personal injury, death, property damage or other damages or expenses arising from the aforementioned. Visabooking.com not responsible for and does not return the amount in case of any consequences associated with the actions of third parties, due to the delay, cancellation, rebooking, etc., and will not reimburse the possible additional costs caused by such actions.
5.6. Under any circumstances, Visabooking.com will be not liable for any direct, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages in any manner associated with using this website or related to delay or impossibility of website usage.

6. Claims
6.1. In case of a claim during the service process, User must write the claim and certify it at the Russian Consulate. The documented complaint should be submitted to the specified address at the "Contacts" section of Visabooking.com, within 21 (twenty one) day from the date of termination of the use of ordered services. Visabooking.com, do accept claims only with the resolution from the Russian Consulate representative, and it should be stated, that it was impossible to satisfy the claim on spot. Within 10 (ten) working days, Visabooking.com is supposed to indemnify Users losses, or provide him with valid denial letter.
6.2. At all events, the amount of Users damages reimbursable by Visabooking.com, may not exceed one hundred (100) % of cost, of purchased but not rendered services.
6.3. User may decide a dispute with Visabooking.com at the court in the manner prescribed by Russian Federation legislation.
