Registered in Moscow, LLC «EYE VISTA HOTEL SERVICE» has an official accreditation at the Department of Consular Service of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. LLC «EYE VISTA HOTEL SERVICE» has a right to arrange visa support letters for tourist visas on the territory of Russian Federation.

Tourist visa is a permission for single entrance and following departure to/from the territory of Russian Federation for the period not longer than 30 days. Tourist visa can be obtained by traveler at his home country at Russian consulate.

Visa support documents for foreign citizens can be produced for 10 (ten) Euro or 15 (fifteen) USD or 400 (four hundred) Russian rubles only in case of reservation made at any hotel of Russia and information about the reservation number at the hotel is recorded. In the case of cancellation of the reservation, already after issuance of visa support letters, the visa booking fee is not refundable and visa support documents will be considered not valid any more.

To organize the visa support letters, it is necessary for the traveler to present true and complete information about the program of stay in Russia, including: list of cities to be visited, hotels, terms of residence and copy of the passport valid not less then 6 months after the date of the planned departure from Russia.

After getting all needed information, LLC «EYE VISTA HOTEL SERVICE» will hand over Confirmation documents and Tourist Voucher to the applicant and if it is necessary to advised by traveler Consular department of the Embassy of Russian Federation in his country. Then, after receiving visa support papers, traveler should apply personally for tourist visa at local Consular department of Embassy of Russian Federation. List of demanded documents should be checked by traveler or his representative directly at Russian Consulate. Photos,sizes and fees also should be checked at the Consulate. In some countries rules vary.

Guest with valid tourist visa, according to Russian law should register their visa in 24 hours since arrival, this can be done at the hotel reception. To arrange registration guest should present to front desk manager his passport, tourist visa and stamped migration card (all international travelers complete migration cards on the plane or before passport control at the border).

After completing the registration, hotel clerk will give the traveler the detachable part of registration document with official marks and stamp.This paper should be kept together with the visa during all period of stay and to be returned to hotel reception during the check out procedure.

The loss of tourist visa and violation of visa regime: like arrival to the country with not valid or cancelled reservation at the hotel, departure from the country later then visa expiry date, will lead to serious problems for traveler with Russian authorities.

The process of the prolongation of the tourist visa can be arranged only in exceptional cases and only by the company arranged visa support in the first case.

LLC «EYE VISTA HOTEL SERVICE» reserves the right to refuse to issue visa support documents without any explanation of the possible reasons.
